Order & Payment Terms

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Confirmation calls are made within 24–48 hours.

  • Full COD available for orders below PKR 25,000.

  • 10% advance required for orders above PKR 25,000.

  • 50% advance required for orders above PKR 80,000.

  • We reserve the right to deny COD for incomplete addresses or uncovered cities.

2. Bank Transfer Orders

3. Credit/Debit Card Payments

  • Orders are subject to 1–3 working days for verification.

  • We may request card images/payment details for fraud prevention.

  • Fraudulent transactions will be canceled; chargeback claims must be resolved with the bank.

4. Watch Reservations

  • Full payment required in advance (non-refundable).

  • Reservation held for 7 days; unconfirmed orders will be released.

Product Policies

1. Product Images & Color Variations

  • Images may differ due to brand edits, lighting, or monitor settings.

  • Customers are encouraged to research watches via official brand sources.

  • Request unedited images from our team for clarity.

2. "Like New" Watches

  • Sourced internationally; may lack original packaging.

  • Minor scratches/expired straps may be present.

  • No exchanges/returns for minor imperfections.

3. Perfume Policy

  • Strictly non-returnable/non-exchangeable.

Promotions & Discounts

1. Bank Discounts

  • Limited to specific bank partners/card types.

  • Cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Non-returnable; removed in case of exchange.

2. Promo Codes

  • One code per order (unless stated otherwise).

  • No cash value; valid only during the specified period.

  • Fraudulent use will result in order cancellation.
