Returns & Exchanges Policy – Ticcent Watches

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your watch only if:

  1. There is a defect or technical issue (verified by our team).

  2. The watch is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including all tags, manuals, and accessories).

  3. The security tag (if provided) is intact.

Non-Eligible Reasons:

  • Change of mind.

  • Finding a cheaper alternative elsewhere.

  • Incorrect sizing (strap/dial).

  • Gift recipient’s preference.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@ticcentwatches.pk or call +92 308 0122278 for a Return Authorization (RMA).

  2. Ship Back: Use insured tracked shipping (customer’s responsibility).

    • Ticcent Watches is not liable for lost/damaged return shipments.

  3. Refund/Exchange:

    • Refunds exclude shipping costs and a 5% transaction fee (for online payments).

    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability; bank discounts/promotions do not apply.

Restrictions

Returns/exchanges will be denied if:

  • The watch shows signs of wear or damage.

  • Packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.

  • The security tag is removed.

Special Cases:

  • "Like New" Watches: No returns for minor scratches/expired straps (as disclosed at purchase).

  • Perfumes: All sales final—no returns/exchanges.

Warranty Coverage

  • Covered: Manufacturing defects (valid only with original warranty card).

  • Not Covered:

    • Straps, batteries, glass, or water damage.

    • Accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

Bank Discounts & Promotions

  • Orders using bank discounts are non-returnable.

  • Discounts are void if an exchange is initiated.

Product Images & Color Accuracy

  • Product images may vary due to brand edits, lighting, or monitor settings.

  • Request unedited photos from our team for clarity before purchasing.
